Accuserv Repairs old receivers and Venerable (read “Classic”, “reputable”, and “Heavy”) Open-reel tape decks to where they work as the engineers for saw them working back in the days of Carter’s Presidency (and sometimes earlier). They stand behind their work. I refer my friends to them and the friends are quite happy. I am a third or fourth time customer. They recognize me when I walk in the door (who the heck else has 11 Open-Reel decks in Johnson County?). and their location makes their “Fleeing out the back” when I walk in the front, impossible. They also teach lessons in humility. Replacing solidified gobs of silicone gel is tedious painstaking work. But IT CAN BE DONE.

AccuServ came out to the home. Diagnosed the problem. They called a few days later and said, ‘ Sony no longer has the part available.” They gave me a number to call at Sony’s. Low and behold, I’m getting a brand new television from Sony. Thank you so much for your incredible help. You certainly didn’t need to spend much time with me, but you did anyway. If anyone ever asks if you know a good TV repair company, I will totally recommend AccuServ! You guys ar awesome!

Great service from the moment I made the call. Crashed hard drive that I was told would probably never be able to be recovered was recovered 100%! What a relief! But the ‘after the recovery’ customer service was even more amazing! There were some major issues with reloading my Outlook 2016 that even a level 2 Microsoft technician had not been able to ‘fix’ and AccuServ technician Brient stuck with it and built a completely new profile and made it work!! I will recommend AccuServ to anyone needing any kind of data recovery!!!

I got a nasty virus on my laptop and it kept freezing up. I use it for work, so I didn’t want to have to leave it for days and/or weeks. I called and was told they do same day service. There’s hardly a worse feeling than losing all your data on a failed hard drive. The hard drive in my laptop had all my important data on it and it failed out of the blue. I took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy and they were no help at all, except that they suggested I look for a data recovery place in town. Accuserv was the first option when I searched for data recovery on google and I’m very glad it was. I used the live chat feature on their website to explain my situation. They told me they could probably help me out and they were able to give me an approximate quote for the service right then and there. I took my hard drive to them and they were able to recover all my data in just a couple of days and at a reasonable price. The staff were all very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with any questions or concerns that I had throughout the process. I hope I never get into this situation again because losing a hard drive is extremely unpleasant, but if I do, I know I’ll be taking my business back to Accuserv.

Had a drive out of a Buffalo NAS network box fail that was set to RAID 0. Called several businesses around town & AccuServ was the best in describing the recovery steps and the costs associated with each of them. They also had a drop off location near our office in Gladstone so it made it very convenient. Dropped it off on Thursday afternoon and received a call on Friday with the results and recovery options/costs. The next Tuesday morning I was able to pick up my recovered data on a supplied external hard drive. By the time I got it back to the office we were back up and running with most of our data.

Overall I was very happy with AccuServ. When comparing the cost of manually reproducing the data on the drive versus the cost of having AccuServ recover it was a no brainer – they saved me & our company a lot of resource time and money.

As a photographer I have need to store thousands of photographs. I had an external HD that suddenly I couldn’t access. With over 35,000 photographs stored on it, there was no question of whether or not to restore it. I took it to AccuServ, where they diagnosed a mechanical problem, restored my images to another external drive, and got ten years of my photography back for me. Weighing the cost versus loss of information was a no brainer. Thank you AccuServ.
